[A few days ago, as the Lord
was watching a person repenting, He said, ‘He is not repenting properly.’ The
Lord said that he was repenting, however, the repentance did not fit what the
Lord thought repentance should be. At predawn that day, I prayed about what the
Lord said. While praying, the Lord explained to me one of the reasons why
people cannot repent perfectly.]

Receive
My Word and record it. This is the Word of the Lord, Jehovah and My, Jesus’
Word, wearing the rough cloth of deep heart.
If you
want to repent perfectly, you should first know just how frightening sin is. I
have told you that I will forgive you if you repent, but you do not understand
the state of My heart. Rather, you think of sin lightly. You sin easily and
then you want to repent easily. This is the case for many people. You do not
know correctly what sin really is. You do not understand how painful My heart is
whenever you sin and how I feel when I have to absolve that sin. Because you do
not know this, you take sin lightly.
Sin
allows you to be seized by satans and allows them to invade you. Through
sinning, you set the foundation upon which satans can work on you. Your sins
are the foothold that allows satans to influence you freely. Then satans make
you sin even more and they take you to the deep valley of death through those
sins. At first, the sin seems insignificant, but as time passes, it spreads
quickly like cancer in your mind and heart and you become oblivious to it. It
is like living a life in which you are condemned to death.
Sin is
brought about by greed. Death is brought about by sin. Just like this, sin
starts as something small and becomes big. Sin is conceived from thoughts and
desires that are inappropriate for your position and mission, and brings forth wrong
deeds from within you. If you keep sinning repeatedly; in the end, you will go
to death.
No one
takes action knowing that their action would amount to sin. With your wrongful
thoughts and the belief that it is right to do something, you walk the path of
sin step by step. You, yourself, will find that you are condemned to the domain
of death before you know it. Regret is useless when the opportunity has passed.
If you
put a frog in hot water, the frog quickly jumps out. However, if you put it in
water that is at a comfortable temperature, the frog stays in the water. Then
if the water is gradually boiled, the frog will die before it even knows that
it is in danger of dying. The frog does not even think that it needs to get out
of the water. In the end, the frog will boil to death. Sinning is just like
this.
Like
this, sin invades and works on you and by the time you realize that you are
dead, it is already too late. Both big and small sins bring you closer to death
without you knowing it. Because you take small sins lightly, you commit them
repeatedly. In the end, you will not be able to stop yourself from committing a
big sin. This is all the works of Satan who stops people from realising that
what they do is sin.
It is
easy to see if the body is dead. However, it is not easy to see if the spirit
is dead. There
are people whose spirits are at risk of dying because of sin, but they live
well as if their spirits are alive. Their deeds are apart from the Word and not
in accordance with God’s will. Therefore when you look at their deeds closely,
those deeds carry the stench of a rotting corpse.
Even
though they repented of their sins and came out of the domain of death, they
have to get rid of the root of sin that gives rise to their actions. If they do
not repent of the [root] of sin, there will still be a foundation upon which
Satan can work no matter where they are and no matter what they do. Satan rules
over their thoughts and ideas. Thus if they do not get out of the life ruled by
Satan, their faith may not appear to have any problems. However, their spirits
are deformed. If you want to leave the path of death completely, you have to
cut yourself free from the snare of sin that has bound you, through perfect
repentance.
Is it
as easy as you think to repent perfectly? Do you think satans will let go of
you that easily once they have used you? They are villainous, cruel and
persistent, but you do not know this.
I,
Jesus, have considered this and there are only a few people who have succeeded
in repenting perfectly of their sins. It is so hard to repent perfectly that I
have entreated you [many times] not to sin in the first place. You may think
that you are forgiven 100% because you repented, but you should know that I
absolve your sins only as much as you repent. The law of repentance and
forgiveness is like this: 100% repentance means to completely repent to the
root of all sin, then you will be forgiven 100% and the record of your sins
will disappear.
Just
like a sponge soaks up water, satans try to gradually instil their thoughts in
your mind and thoughts. They deceive you by making you think that everything is
right, that is how they make you sin. A person who sins is ruled over by
satan’s thoughts and it is difficult for him to discern what is sinful and cut
it off.
Those
sins are not committed by satans on the spur of the moment. It is you who do
not notice that your sins have been with you for a long time. Satans know this
and they put their thoughts into your heart and mind. When the time comes, they
deceive you and make you fall towards death. In order for you to discern
thoroughly and ultimately stop yourself from reaching that point, you need to
get rid of all your own thoughts and perspectives and make yourself afresh with
My word. This means that you have to become a completely new person. From the
very root of how you think, you must make your thoughts the same as My
thoughts.
Most of
you listen to My word, but you confuse My word by mixing in your own thoughts.
This is why you cannot be reborn perfectly as someone who belongs to Me, and
you yourself make a crack through which satan can invade. Then you become a
criminal when Satan tempts you to sin.
Therefore,
in order to repent perfectly, you need to find the root cause of your sin and
pull out that root. Many people only repent of their sinful actions. Thus, even
though they repent, the root of that sin still remains. As a result, their
lives are governed by satans again.
Repent
from the bottom of your heart, and thus transform your body, spirit and mind
completely. You have to pull out the rotten mind from which rotten deeds are born;
you have to plough the land of your mind and burn your rotten heart. You have
to become a new person with only the Word and the Holy Spirit. Do not only fix
your sinful deeds, but uproot the rotten mind and thoughts that make you sin.
Then lay the foundation of Jehovah’s and My Jesus’ Word and construct the
building of faith.
When a brick
in a brick wall is damaged, you need to remove that brick and put in another
one. Repentance is just like this. When you repent of your sins in a way that
is only temporary, you do not know when that brick wall made of sins will
collapse. As you repent, you realize that your heart forms a poor foundation.
However, you continue to build a wall upon that foundation even though it looks
unstable, because you are afraid that the wall that you have stacked up will
collapse. It is so pitiful. You build a wall of Babel with the brick of your
thoughts and the brick of My thoughts, in whatever way you want. Don’t you
think this is foolish?
What
are you afraid of? I, Jesus, am with you. But why are you still holding onto
the tower of your own perspectives? Even if you build a high wall, it is only good
for people to look at. It cannot belong to Me, Jesus if it is a wall piled up
with bricks I do not want. Even now, re-make yourself perfectly as someone who
belongs to Me. In your life of faith, if you live with thoughts that are not
Mine even by just a little bit, you can never come to My nation, Heaven. Do not
be afraid that the wall of your thoughts may collapse. Build a wall with the bricks
of My thoughts even if it is just one level high. Then you can come to My
nation, Heaven.
There
are many people who enjoy the empty formalities and vanities of faith. There
are many people who hide their sins and adorn themselves superficially with
their positions or missions. Everything they have will vanish like bubbles.
That day will come, and when that day comes, do not be a person who is left
with regret. Renew yourself to transform. When time passes, the opportunity
will pass. Then you will realize the wisdom of those who pulled down their
tower of thoughts in order to pile up the tower of My, Jesus’ thoughts as
quickly as possible. Pull down everything that makes up the tower of your
thoughts, plough all your thoughts into the ground and pull out everything you
have, and become a new person. I want you to build your tower of faith solidly
with bricks refined in the fire of the word.
Now is
the time to repent perfectly. This means that you need to completely uproot
your sins by repenting of the absolute depth of your sins. Whether or not your
corrupt deeds have been exposed, I want you to repent perfectly right to the
heart of your sins.
I love
you. Hold only on to Me and rise up again. I, the Lord, have waited for you so
that you would hold My hand and be with Me. Goodbye.
