Education for leaders – misunderstanding and talking behind people’s backs

(I saw both leaders and the people below them talking behind about some work and about the people who were doing that work. They considered the work and the people to be inappropriate, judged carelessly and talked behind them while not knowing the situation in detail. In particular, some leaders who were considered to be great did this and my heart was anxious for a long time. So I asked the Holy Spirit, ‘Holy Spirit, what should we do? I also have a lot of shortcomings. Please educate us.’

Holy Spirit gave me these words.)

 

* The Word of the Holy Spirit *

 

I, the Holy Spirit, will educate you. This is a problem that must be uprooted. Talking behind people’s back, judging carelessly and gathering in groups, and continuous misunderstandings must all be gotten rid of. Whatever the intention is, these are not the behaviors of raptured people. There are lots of people who will pull out their tongues, lie on their faces and weep bitterly in repentance before the Lord, once they come to know the situation in detail.

 

To you who teach the secrets of the parables in the Bible, the seal of the parables is this: ‘Resolve misunderstanding and know clearly’. It is a very righteous deed that you discarded the misunderstanding and misperceptions of the Bible. You have overcome this first stage; however, there are not many people who truly overcome the second stage, which is to resolve misunderstandings in their daily life.

 

Especially, if leaders misunderstand, groups of those leaders will bring about loss. Therefore, leaders must be wise, at peace, gentle and open minded all the time. Just because leaders always smile or listen to you carefully doesn’t mean that they are at peace, gentle and open minded. I am the Holy Spirit who sees through each person’s heart. I am tidy and neat so I don’t just wipe off dirt that is on the surface. I clean up all that is inside.

 

A true open minded attitude is to examine every aspect of a situation: front, back, right and left in detail and to be ready to move only according to the Lord’s intention in whatever they do.

 

They prioritize the harmony of the whole even though things don’t seem to work out in a way they intend or they seem to suffer loss for now. This is true spiritual ability that comes from having realized clearly that everything they do is not ‘theirs’ but ‘the Lord’s’. However, sadly, many head leaders and leaders lack of this kind of attitude towards lives and their missions. They are trying to make a profit to gain things, like merchandise, for themselves.

 

Some people say this happens because they are in a world of love, so people all greedy for love. This is not true. Being greedy for love is not like this at all. This is simply self-centered greed so as to take ‘your possessions’.

 

Being greedy for love is endeavoring to know the Lord’s will; to fulfill what the Lord wants and to challenge and study to come before the Lord with greater love.

 

All of you must discard these things. Even though the history of apostles has begun, if the internal Providence is not sound and firm, a great history will not take place at all because you misunderstand each other.

 

To not misunderstand, do not talk behind others carelessly. You should verify things with the appropriate person with positive attitudes and love them through conversation. Receive wisdom and do things while thinking about how you behave and speak and think about what the Lord’s will is in accordance with your position. Open your heart and focus on where the Lord’s will is, what he is planning and what his intention is.

 

You should truly ‘cheer each other’ on. Did a person who was doing well suddenly crumble? Most people give this kind of reaction, ‘Uh, what caused them to be like that?’

 

No. No. You shouldn’t be like that when such things happen. When such things happen, you should pray for them in silence in deep heart and cheer them on to do well only according to the Lord’s will with wise expressions of love.

 

Especially, the young people who have missions receive all the attention and jealousy since they are visible. They face lots of moments where they have to get rained on or snowed on every time such things happen. There are many times that young people with missions, whom I appoint for each place whether it is great or small, go through pain or die because of jealousy and misunderstandings.

 

This must not happen. You should cheer one another on and love one another. Even if others do not accept your love, you should love them. Receive the Trinity’s heart and raise one another with wisdom, love and cheering each other on.

 

Furthermore, do not judge the young people whom I appoint and use according to your own perception, rather fully cheer them on and embrace them. As much as My hand reaches to them, satan’s hands also reach them. Know this and surely become one with each other.

 

I finish My words here. Each of you needs to realize the rest through wisdom. If you adore the Lord’s will, I, the Holy Spirit, will work upon you. I love you. Do not misunderstand but become one. Good-bye.
