(During the Elijah prayer of my church, I asked Jesus how to pray in order to avoid ‘toilet prayer’ and how to converse with the Lord. When I asked for deeper prayers, my heart started to beat faster. Usually when I feel in this way, it is the sign for the Lord’s coming. However, I did not have paper and pen with me today. I was hesitant and wondered how to record the Lord’s message. I decided to type with my laptop because I was afraid of missing the Lord’s Word. During that time, Jesus started to speak.)

When we love each other, we are able to communicate.
When you pray, act like you are conversing with people.
Isn’t it true that when you converse with people—especially with your beloved one—you try to be aware of moods and expressions?
The conversation may be about things on your mind—such as secrets, joys and difficulties—but you still pay attention to the reaction of the listener and hope they give you rejoinders don’t you? In this way converse with me.
Do not feel it is difficult to conserve with me just because I do not have physical body. I stand right in front of you!! I am here!!
Miscellaneous and worldly thoughts, troubles, your preferences, emotions—empty all thesefrom your heart and listen to me with a peaceful heart, then you can hear my voice.
It is the same as you receive the revelation.
Why do some people receive revelations while some others still struggle to receive? Meanwhile, other people have given up receiving revelations and they think receiving revelations has nothing to do with them.
It is because different outcomes are determined by different attitudes while praying.
It is the same when you converse with people. Some people talk only about what they want to say, and they completely ignore other peoples’ responses; they care little about the other person’s mood or desire to express something. Instead they keep talking endlessly.
The same is true with prayer. I come to you in many occasions because I hear your calling and your desire to converse with me, your longing to exchange with me with love. Therefore, I came with elation and expectation.
But when I want to say something, you give me no chance to talk with you. You go on talking and talking. It’s almost as if they plug their ears and keep talking zealously. I just look at them, listen, then leave.
If you really want to converse with Me, you need to be equipped with the mentality that you want to converse with Me. Hold this kind of desire and heart while listening with peaceful heart.
It is Satan and ghosts who want to destroy your prayers, so they continue to drop distracting and irrelevant thoughts into your mind.
Indeed, human beings are so weak and influenced all the time.
Therefore, you need to train your mind. First of all, start with prayer.
When you start to have distracting thoughts, you have to cut them off totally.
Haven’t I told you that if you pray with concentration—the kind needed to thread a needle—you can enter deep prayer?
Can you thread a needle while thinking about other things, looking around elsewhere, or moving your hands casually?
Prayer is the same. If you think about other people, other work, other things, your physical life, and just move your mouths while praying, would you be able to enter deep prayer?
It also takes determination and efforts to pray deep prayers. When you decide to give up everything but focus on conversing with Me only, you could get into deep prayer.
When other (distracting) thoughts appear in your mind, cut them off immediately.
Do you bring up irrelevant topics to people when you converse with them or when they want to speak to you?
People may think you have mental issues and feel awkward in your presence.
Therefore, when you converse with Me, you need to change your mentality.
You really need to feel me while praying. Do not treat Me carelessly just because I do not have physical body.
Know that it is sin, too. (if you treat me this way)
There is almost no time left for us(Me and you) to converse in this way.
Nowadays, you can pray in your place peacefully and comfortably. You can pray to me while holding my photos in comfortable place with music being played. However, when the tribulation comes, you even do not have a comfortable place to sit. If you could not converse with me peacefully now, how can you feel Me that time when tribulation comes?
It is also a kind of training. You have to receive the training, accept the instruction, and practice continually. You can enter the deep spiritual world.
Therefore, do not just say whatever you want to say. Sometimes, when your heart is different from My heart, it is very awkward for me to accept your prayers.
When I am sad, you are happy. When I am joyful, you shed tears. If we have different heart, how could we communicate?
Think that I am the person who is next to you. At least treat Me with that kind of attitude.
When you converse with your beloved ones or good friends, you do not feel the passing of time even after one, two, three, or four hours.
When the meeting ends, don’t you wonder where the time went, as you anticipate the next rendezvous?
If so, why do you try to calculate precisely the duration of time for which you have conversation with me? Some people even speculate how long it takes to end the conversation with me while praying.
You pray passionately in the pre-dawn hours for one or two hours, but you are silent towards Me the rest of the day.
Even with these one or two hours in pre-dawn prayer, you say whatever you want to say.
It’s like you plugged your ears to keep out my voice. This frustrates me.
Can you stomach a long-term relationship with one who talks incessantly about their own business? Who continuously dumps their hearts’ garbage onto you?
Even though you really love him, it is hard to develop deeper emotional bonding.
This type of love is one-directional.
One side constantly gives the love, while the other side just accepts it.
It is difficult for this kind of love to advance to the deeper level.
Therefore, when you pray, don’t just talk what you want to say to Me. Feel My presence through your heart!!
It is just like your heart beats faster and you shed tears when I come to you every time.
I give everyone different signs about my coming
When you feel it, you know my presence without seeing Me through your physical eyes.
For example, when you smell the fragrance, you can tell someone who put on perfume came or stayed around without seeing that person
I appear to you in different ways.
Therefore, don’t be bound with the physical limitation, but love Me with your heart and talk with Me.
Therefore, your prayer will not be like ‘toilet prayer’ or one-way prayer.
If you feel sleepy while praying, you should stand up and pray. If you still feel sleepy while standing, you should walk around and pray. Didn’t I teach you this method when you started to learn how to pray?
When you doze off while praying, your prayer is meaningless. It is similar as the class notes you take when you doze off during the class. When you are clear-headed and read your notes, you will realize they do not make any sense. You even do not know what you wrote.
It is the same as prayer, and it is the reason I tell you. If you do not pray perfectly, this kind of prayer is completely useless in heaven.
In Heaven, everything is totally perfect. There is neither imperfection nor fragmentation.
Angels could not send senseless prayer to Heaven, and they feel very embarrassed.
You have to wake your spirit up and pray with focused mind through Elijah prayer.
If Elijah had been thinking about bread and flour while praying for the son of the Zarephath widow, would he have been able to resurrect the dead?
If Elijah had fought the 850 prophets through prayer while dozing off, would it have been proper?
If he had sought me through prayer while thinking about where to go and what to do later, would I have been able to listen to his prayer continually?
The spiritual world is the world of heart where I and you can feel each other’s feeling.
Hence, you have to clean your heart, and converse with Me with empty heart.
You also need to listen to what I want to talk to you so that our love could be much stronger.
